Beulah Foundation Limited is an organization dedicated to driving sustainable development through innovative and impactful initiatives in environmental conservation, poverty alleviation, and arts and theatre education. Registered in 2024, Beulah Foundation has been actively engaged in transformative grassroots work for the past two years, nurturing deep connections with the communities we serve across Malawi.
Our journey began with a vision to empower the most vulnerable populations by addressing critical challenges faced by our communities. We recognize that sustainable development requires a holistic approach, integrating environmental stewardship, economic empowerment, and cultural expression. This understanding is at the core of everything we do.
1. Environmental Conservation:
We champion environmental stewardship through projects that promote eco-friendly practices, such as our One Million Pads Initiative (OMPAI), which addresses menstrual health and environmental sustainability by producing and distributing reusable sanitary pads.
2. Poverty Alleviation:
We implement programs that provide communities with the tools and knowledge to break the cycle of poverty. Our initiatives focus on sustainable agriculture, skills training, and economic empowerment, with a special emphasis on women and youth.
3. Arts, Theatre, and Education:
We believe in the transformative power of the arts. Our ‘Storytelling for Change: Arts and Theatre for Environmental Awareness’ project creates theatre productions and creative content that address environmental issues and sustainability challenges in Malawi. We also aim to establish Community-Based Learning Hubs that provide quality education in structured environments.
